Seamless Getaways Guests are The Best!
Yes, you are the best! You offered recommendations to make your stay better at Seamless Getaways. One of those suggestions was to remove the king size bed and replace it with two full size beds. At your next visit there will be two beds in the Queen’s parlor. I’m still making quilts to re-name this room.
You’ve also made recommendations for unique retreats at Seamless Getaways. We added two Grandmother/Granddaughter retreats in January and February and they were memory makers!!!!
Grammy’s gifted an “experience” to their granddaughters and made lifetime memories. I taught collage quilting that the girls used as pockets in reading pillows or stapled to canvas. This sparked their creativity, and it was endless! Pajama pants, Ninja headbands, photo frames, and so much more were created over the weekend. Message me if you would like to gift “an experience” to your granddaughters during a summer date and I’ll offer another retreat for you and your special guest(s). One grandmother gifted her sister, two daughters, and three granddaughters to “an experience” weekend!

o We are hosting our first book club this weekend. We will be discussing, reflecting, and crafting around “Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World”. This retreat was filled before I even promoted it. We are happy to offer this retreat again; this is a great read in preparation of Lent.

· Laura Heine Retreats
o 3-Day Retreat where I teach how to collage quilt using Laura Heine’s techniques.
o The next retreat is a Collage & Inktense Pencils retreat. We will be doing Laura’s Flower Shop #3 to teach the inktense pencil part. This will only take one day to complete, and it will be framed, so no quilting involved. You will have 2 ½ more days to create another pattern.

· We have had guest instructors for specialized retreats. The paper-piecing retreat in March is full. If you or a group of friends have a specific technique you would like to learn, consider turning it into a retreat at Seamless Getaways.
