Nestled in the quaint town of Forrest in Central Illinois, Seamless Getaways is your destination retreat for quilting, scrapbooking, crafting, and relaxing with friends.
The sewing-themed home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It features a 75-foot design wall–-a rare feature of creative retreats–-so you will have plenty of space to design and be creative! There are 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It can sleep 7-9 guests. Pricing is a flat fee for the 1st two nights; the more friends you have attend, the cheaper the price. The longer you stay, the cheaper the price also! Reserve a week or weekend stay!
You may reserve a private retreat with only your friends, or you may attend an "Open
Retreat" and meet other quilters. Linda is a certified Laura Heine instructor. You will find Collage Quilting Retreats where Linda will teach you Laura Heine's process of collage quilting. There are always new classes being added! Add your name to receive our monthly newsletter.

The retreat home was amazing! I went there with a friend and met new friends!! The house had everything we needed and more! Beautiful bedding, comfortable beds, ample bathrooms and relaxing space. The sewing area was AMAZING! We each had our own table, Linda had individual ironing (tray) tables as well as full iron stations. The sewing room is fully lined with design walls, which we LOVED!! Ample outlets and cozy place to be!!! I highly recommend Seamless Getaways!!!

This was my first quilt retreat and will be really difficult to beat! So fun! The house was over-the-top cute, clean, and comfy! We had plenty of space for sewing in the brightly lit work room. Linda anticipated our needs and has done a super job of creating a perfect getaway for crafters or anyone

First time ever going to a quilting weekend for me. House was so warm and inviting. Every decoration detail well thought out and SOOO cute. Sewing area was well lit, sewing space more than ample. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and my bed very comfortable. It was a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Lots of good conversation and laughs were had. I especially loved her decoration walls, helped me map out my quilt design. Definitely will be back and will recommend!!
